Youth Boxing - 20740101

Boxing workouts will get your blood pumping and your body ready to fight for your fitness. Put on your boxing gloves and prepare to strike the heavy bag. You will be taught proper boxing techniques including the jab, cross, and hook. Follow your trainer through 1 to 3 minute fitness rounds designed to provide overall total body strength and endurance challenges including abdominal, core and strength training.

Tween Yoga - 20740102

This introduction to yoga is designed specifically for adolescents ages 10 through 14 as a way to gain strength and flexibility through yoga poses, connect to their changing life and body to build a positive attitude and self-image. In this class they will find ways to calm their feelings and bodies through breath work after their stressful school days. They will also be offered the opportunity to focus on their life and who, what and how they want to be through vision boards, crafts and journaling. Most importantly they will have fun and laugh in a safe class community.
